OUR COMPANY SEEDS OF GREATNESS INSTITUTE (SGI)

Seeds of Greatness Institute (SGI) was founded in 2020 to address a recurring challenge observed across businesses, industries, and commercial environments: the absence of robust enterprise systems.

After more than three decades of working with entrepreneurs and organizations, we have seen a consistent pattern. Most founders begin their journey with noble aspirations—financial freedom, a fulfilling life, meaningful contribution to society, and a lasting legacy. Yet despite these intentions, many businesses fail, and many that survive remain small or fragile, unable to scale, institutionalize, or transition successfully across generations.

The reason is rarely a lack of ambition, talent, or opportunity.
It is a systems problem.

Most small and medium-sized businesses become excessively dependent on the founder’s personality, competence, time, and constant involvement. Without strong operating systems, governance structures, and institutional memory, owners remain busy, overwhelmed, and stressed—yet still uncertain about the long-term future of the enterprise.

At Seeds of Greatness Institute, we guide entrepreneurs, families, and business leaders to design and implement robust enterprise systems that optimize resources, strengthen leadership capacity, and reduce founder dependency. Our goal is to help transform entrepreneurial efforts into enduring enterprises that can operate, grow, and prosper beyond their founders.

Subsistence entrepreneurship, making up over 95 percent of business transactions in most developing countries, lacks the capacity to solve significant problems or contribute to national development sustainably. We need transformational entrepreneurs—Conscientious ChangeMakers with scalable, sustainable solutions and dynamic capabilities.

The world is undergoing an unprecedented shift, affecting how we live and do business. Beyond pandemics and natural disasters tied to climate change, human greed and unchecked ambition hinder sustainable progress and socio-economic development. The 2008 financial crisis, which erased billions in savings and collapsed companies like Lehman Brothers, and today's corruption-driven poverty fueling crime, illustrate these challenges.

Entrepreneurship is more than profit and shareholder rewards. It starts with creating value to meet societal needs. We need entrepreneurs who care for all stakeholders—entrepreneurs, shareholders, employees, society, and the economy. This purpose-driven, conscientious approach defines Transformational Entrepreneurship - the primary objectives of our Success Systems.

Dr. Obiora Madu

Dr. Madu, an Adjunct Professor of Malaysia University of Science and Technology holds a Doctorate in Business Administration DBA from SMC University Switzerland.

Chief Benjamin Sunny Iloamuzo Chime

He is an accomplished geologist, politician, community leader, business tycoon, consultant, teacher and a change maker.

Dr. Anthony C. Nebo

Dr. Nebo graduated with B.Sc. (1st Class Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) in June 1972 and was the best graduating student of the university that year.
